This course is Open to Dancers of all Styles and Levels. We will Explore Body Movement through Latin Body Isolation Exercises, Fun Footwork, Afro-Cuban, Pachanga, Boogaloo, Mambo, and Salsa Elements. It will help you to be more aware of your body and to make dancing more enjoyable and fun. As a Solo dance course, no partner is needed to join the class.
